People with special dietary needs can prepare their own food should they wish to do so and anyone with serious food allergies need to let the team know prior to booking. Due to limitations of cooking facilities we expect most people to club together to prepare group meals and clean up using a rota. We have a large organic garden for growing your own and you are encouraged to grow, harvest and cook produce on site as much as possible. There is also good access to local produce through local suppliers.
